Father Gasparraj Valentine Joseph, a priest of the Archdiocese of Madurai in India, was the eighth pastor of Our Lady Queen of Heaven Parish in Wisconsin Rapids. He holds a doctorate in theology and served as a seminary formator and professor for over 16 years. He also served as secretary to the Archbishop of Madurai for 3 years and spent 7 years in Europe for his postgraduate work. He has served as a parish priest in India and in Wisconsin, where he served the Diocese of La Crosse for 12 years. He is currently a pastor in the Archdiocese of Portland in Oregon. During his time as pastor of OLQH, he self-published several small booklets for the parish community. We are pleased to place PDFs of these booklets online for your edification.
